We cook fresh and deliver locally. That is the whole model, and it is why we cover a small area properly rather than a large one badly.

We check your ZIP code before you pay. If we cannot deliver to you, we will tell you at that point and nothing will be charged — we will never take payment for perishable food we cannot deliver.
Not in the list yet? Leave your email on the order page and we will tell you the moment we reach your area. We keep that for 90 days and use it for nothing else.
Cost
A flat $9.95 per delivery, for one-time orders and every subscription delivery alike. No surge pricing, no fuel surcharges, no minimum order.
When it arrives
Orders are typically delivered 3 to 5 days after you order. You will see an estimated window on the review step before you pay, and again on your confirmation.
That window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, road conditions, and the realities of a small kitchen can move it. If your delivery is going to be materially late, we will contact you.
Subscription deliveries follow the same pattern on a 21-day cycle from the date your first order was confirmed.
Receiving your delivery
Our food is perishable and must be refrigerated on arrival. It is packed cold for the journey, but that protection is not indefinite.
- Please plan to bring your delivery inside promptly.
- If you will not be home, tell us where to leave it — somewhere shaded and out of direct sun.
- Refrigerate as soon as you can. Follow the storage guidance on the packaging.
- If a delivery has been sitting out and you are unsure whether it is still good, do not feed it. Contact us.
If we cannot complete a delivery
If we cannot deliver — an inaccessible address, no safe place to leave perishable food, or an address that turns out to be wrong — we will contact you to arrange another attempt. Because the food is perishable, a failed delivery caused by incorrect address details is not automatically refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Changing your address
Update your delivery address at Manage Your Plan or email us. Please do it at least 3 days before your next delivery so the change reaches the kitchen in time.
If your new address falls outside our delivery area, we will pause your subscription and stop charging you rather than bill for a delivery we cannot make. We check this before every renewal.
If something arrives wrong
Damaged, spoiled, missing or incorrect — tell us within 7 days and we will refund or replace it. Details in our Refund Policy.
