Gradually, over 7–10 days: start with 25% Wild American mixed into their current food and increase a little each day. Our Starter Pack is designed exactly for this.

Plans start around $6/day for small dogs. Your exact price depends on your dog's size, age, and activity level — build your plan and we'll send a personalized quote with no obligation.

We're based in Woodstock, GA and currently deliver to Woodstock, Canton and Acworth. We check your ZIP code before you pay, so you'll never be charged for a delivery we can't make — and if you're outside the area you can leave your email and we'll tell you when we reach you. Keep meals refrigerated and use within the freshness window on each package. Extra packs freeze beautifully for up to three months.

Tell us when you build their plan. If the recipe you picked conflicts with something you've told us about, we stop the order and have a human review it before anything ships — we won't take payment and hope for the best. We currently offer three single-protein recipes (Venison, Beef and Boar), which covers many sensitivities; we don't formulate bespoke recipes.

Talk to us. A switch to fresh food sometimes just needs a slower transition or a different protein, and we'd rather help you find one that works. If that doesn't solve it, we'll work out a fair resolution on your first order — see our Refund Policy.

A subscription delivers a fresh 3-week supply and renews automatically every 21 days, charging the card you used at signup. You'll see the exact per-delivery amount before you pay, and you confirm it with a checkbox at checkout. Full terms are in section 4 of our Terms of Service.

Cancel any time, no fee, no minimum term. Do it yourself at Manage Your Plan or email us. Cancelling stops all future charges — a delivery you've already been charged for still ships. If the price of your next delivery ever changes, we email you at least 7 days beforehand.
